Minette Yu

Minette Yu has been working in the field of product management for the past 13 years. In 2020, they founded and became the CEO of Lumi, a company that helps companies send individualized team and client gifts at scale and vote with their wallet. In 2019, they worked as a Product Management Consultant. From 2016 to 2015, they worked at ThirdChannel as an Associate Director, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager. In 2015, they were the Founding Product Manager at Klaviyo, where they helped D2C brands quickly scale sales through email marketing. From 2013 to 2013, they were a Product Manager at Crimson Hexagon, where they managed the launch of new product offerings and helped customers understand the "who" of social conversations. In 2013, they co-founded IvyInsight.org. In 2007, they founded the English Learners' Society.

Minette Yu graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics, cum laude.
