Rodrigo Figueras has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rodrigo currently serves as the Head of Product - Artificial Intelligence at Stori since 2024. Prior to this, they worked at Yalo from 2018-2024, holding multiple positions including Director of Product, Product Management Lead, Head of Sales & Customer Partnerships, and Product Manager. During their time at Yalo, they led the generative AI efforts, managed product teams, incubated conversational commerce and Sales Desk products, and played a key role in designing customers' conversational experiences. Rodrigo also worked as a Professor at ISDI from 2020-2021, teaching Conversational Commerce and Product Planning classes. Before that, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Kazam App, which was later acquired by Yalo. Rodrigo was also a Co-Founder at Urbanity Technologies, where they led the redesign and re-launch of Urban360. Earlier in their career, they co-founded Bengala Media, a startup that built Coat, a system to connect fashion brands with consumers.

Rodrigo Figueras has a diverse education background. Rodrigo completed their Master's degree in Internet Business from ISDI in 2016, focusing on Digital Marketing, Social Networks, E-Commerce, and Mobile Apps. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, they pursued a degree in Venture Creation & Business Development at Tecnológico de Monterrey, specializing in Business. Rodrigo also attended Stanford University, where they participated in the Stanford Summer International Honors Program in 2014 and 2015, with a focus on Technology Entrepreneurship, Innovation Studies, and general honors. Rodrigo completed their High School/Secondary education at Eton School, obtaining an IB Diploma in 2011. Additionally, Rodrigo acquired several certifications, including Product Leadership from Reforge in 2023, Product Management Fellow from On Deck in 2021, AI Product Manager Nanodegree from Udacity in 2020, and a Technology & Innovation Intensive Studies Certificate from Stanford University in 2015.
