Alison Gain is a change agent and project execution specialist with over fifteen years of experience in improving business operations through strategic alignment and change management. Recently, Alison served as a Senior Advisor at Cigna Insurance Services, where they engaged with leadership to enhance workplace strategies and drive process improvements. Prior to that, Alison managed real estate services for the American Red Cross, facilitating strategic planning and operational efficiency across a national portfolio. Currently enjoying retirement, Alison is focused on traveling and learning to be a Master Gardener, while also serving as Director of Business Operations at Storied Data Inc. and partaking in continuous improvement efforts in global talent solutions.
