José López has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Store Supervisor at Sainsbury's. In 2018, they joined Sainsbury's Bank as an Associate before transitioning to Storm ID as a Support Engineer. José gradually worked their way up to become a Senior Support Engineer, and eventually, in 2023, they became the Head of Support at Storm ID.

José López attended Heriot-Watt University from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Quantity Surveying. José also obtained the ITIL 4 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2022.
