Mark Smith

Mark Smith's work experience begins in 1997 as a Service Desk Analyst at Ingram Micro, where they quickly advanced to a 2nd line support role and became the main contact for Mainframe and Telecoms requests and incidents. In 2002, they joined City Link as an IT Field Engineer, installing IT systems and printing solutions for customers. In 2005, they joined Storm Technologies as an IT Field Engineer, where they performed various IT tasks for customers. Mark then progressed to the role of IT Project Manager, managing projects for Storm Technologies' customers. In 2014, they became the Head of IT at Storm Technologies, and later took on the role of Head of IT & Operations and Operations Director.
