Samantha Westmore

Samantha Westmore is currently an Executive Assistant at Storm Ventures, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they were a Regional Administrator at Newmark from October 2017 to August 2021. In that role, they provided administrative support for the top producing appraisal team in the country, including three Executive Vice Presidents, two Senior Vice Presidents, and the entire SoCal and Hawaii practice. Samantha also managed appointments, travel and expenses for EVPs & SVPs, researched and provided analysis for appraisal reports, coordinated state licensing for EVPs & SVPs, and handled confidential contracts and information with discretion. Additionally, they were responsible for the regional appraisal team’s revenue management for both domestic and international assignments.

Before their work at Newmark, Samantha was a Photographer at Bella Baby Photography from October 2016 to September 2017. In that role, they photographed newborns and families in hospital, edited and retouched images same day for clients to view, sold photographs and other products to clients, created photo collages and slideshows for families. Prior to Bella Baby Photography, they were a Studio Assistant at Jill Greenberg Studio from January 2016 to April 2016 and a Production Assistant at Billboard from January 2015 to July 2015.

Samantha Westmore has a Bachelor of Arts from The New School in Literary Studies and Photography and a Music Supervision certificate from UCLA Extension. Samantha also has a high school diploma from Notre Dame High School.

They are on a team with Pascale Diaine - Partner, Arun Penmetsa - Partner, and Kevin Melia - CFO. Their manager is Ryan Floyd, Managing Director.
