Dom D'Aleo

Dominic D'Aleo has a diverse work experience spanning over three companies. Dominic'smost recent role was as President & Head of Studio at Storm8, where they led the creative game making process and contributed to the development of massively scalable software for mobile devices. Prior to this, Dominic served as the Head of Engineering / CTO at Storm8, overseeing the engineering team and driving innovation in technology. Before joining Storm8, they held positions such as Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Software Engineer.

Earlier in their career, Dominic worked as a Software Developer at Tradesports.com, where they built and developed software tools in Java for analyzing statistical data and generating power ratings for teams. Dominic also created algorithms for long-term market making and utilized the Monte Carlo method for simulating games and seasons.

Dominic's early experience includes working as a Software Developer and Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they contributed to the development of the Haystack Project. Dominic also worked as a System Architect and Software Developer at Statewide Computer Inc., where they were involved in system design, programming, and managing other programmers.

Dominic D'Aleo pursued their education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. From 1996 to 2000, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
