Daryn van Heerden

Daryn Van Heerden is a prominent leader in the real estate sector, currently serving as CEO and Director & Founder of Atmosphere Property Group since March 2021, where the focus is on providing premium property opportunities through a skilled team equipped with advanced technologies. Daryn is also an active member of the Youth In Property Association, aimed at enhancing youth participation in the property sector since 2020, and has been involved as a rugby referee with WP Rugby since 2013. Previous experience includes roles as Regional Head and Property Broker at New Vantage Properties, an Industrial Property Broker at Warehouse Finder, and a Property Broker at Galetti Corporate Real Estate. Daryn's educational background includes degrees in Property Development & Investment and Business Risk Management from the University of Cape Town, as well as a Private Pilot License from Morningstar Flight Academy.
