Alla S.

Alla S. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Alla began their career as a PhD student at Pushchino State University in 2000 and completed their studies in 2004. Alla then worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at UniResearch from 2007 to 2009.

In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Senior Research Scientist at Uni Research and later became the Head of Data Science and a Senior Researcher from 2016 to 2019. During their time at Uni Research, they also served as an Adjunct Faculty at Boise State University from 2005 to 2007, expanding their teaching experience.

In 2018, Alla S. ventured into entrepreneurship and founded Petraos. Alla concurrently worked as a Primary Investigator and Project Manager at NORCE Norwegian Research Centre from 2018 to 2019.

Alla'smost recent position is as the Lead Data Scientist at StormGeo, a role they have held since March 2019. Overall, Alla S. has a strong background in research, project management, teaching, and data science.

Alla S. obtained a PhD in physics and mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 1994 to 2004. Alla also holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Physics from the same university. Additionally, Alla has acquired several certifications, including "Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations" from LinkedIn in August 2019, "Basic of Strategic Management" from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in July 2019, and "Public Speaking Foundations" from LinkedIn in June 2019. Moreover, they have attained various certifications in subjects such as Big Data, Data Science, Hadoop, Scala Programming, and Spark from IBM in July 2017.
