Chris Pang has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand management. Chris currently serves as a Senior Marketing Manager, APAC at StormGeo, a global provider of weather intelligence and decision support services. Prior to this, they were a Marketing Manager at StormGeo from 2018 to 2023. Chris also worked as an Assistant Marketing Manager at MiLOC Pharmaceutical (HK) Limited, a Chinese medical group, where they formulated sales and marketing strategies and initiated product development. Before that, they were a Course Instructor at the School of Continuing and Professional Studies, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Additionally, Chris has experience as a Senior Brand Executive at Eternal Optical & Perfumery (Far East) Limited, where they negotiated distributorship with brand principals. Chris began their career as a Marketing Executive at Hin Sang Hong Company Limited, a leading brand management group, where they advised distributorship through market research and analysis.
Chris Pang has a Master's Degree in Marketing from City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the CIM CMktr Chartered Marketer credential from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2022. Chris also holds a Certified Digital Marketing Professional certification from the Digital Marketing Institute, obtained in August 2021. Chris is a member of CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing as a CIM MCIM Member, achieved in 2021. Chris obtained the Advanced Google Analytics certification from Google in April 2020. In addition, they hold an ABM Foundations Certificate from Demandbase, earned in July 2019. Chris is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Marketing as a HKIM MHKIM Member since January 2015.
