Joseph Rogers has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Joseph began their career at Memorial Hermann Health System, where they served as a Health System Pharmacy Administration Resident from July 2014 to June 2016. Joseph then progressed to become the Director of Specialty Pharmacy from June 2016 to October 2020.

In October 2020, Joseph joined Stormont Vail Health as the Manager of Retail & Specialty Pharmacy Services. Joseph quickly advanced to become the Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy Services in October 2023, where they currently hold this position.

Joseph Rogers earned a Master's degree in Pharmacy Leadership & Administration from the University of Houston from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from The University of Kansas from 2008 to 2014. Joseph also completed a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at The University of Kansas from 2008 to 2013.
