Toni Wendling

Toni Wendling has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Toni started their career as a Registered Nurse at The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus from 1988 to 1991. Toni then joined Stormont Vail Health in 1993 and held various roles. From 1993 to 2001, they worked in a variety of roles. In 2001, they became the Patient Care Staffing Manager, responsible for coordinating staffing for a multi-specialty physician clinic. In 2013, they were promoted to the Director of Primary Care, where they developed policies and protocols for primary care clinics and led the redesign of practices to improve quality performance metrics. In 2018, they became the Administrative Director, Primary Care, providing strategic direction to the primary care service line, ensuring quality services and fostering a positive work environment for over 250 employees.

Toni Wendling obtained a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Washburn University in 1987. Toni then went on to pursue a Master's of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Education at Baker University, completing their studies in 2019.
