Alain Dupont

Alain Dupont has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Alain most recently worked at Stormshield as the Deputy General Manager & Customer Service Director starting in January 2019, after initially joining the company as the Customer Service Director in June 2016. Prior to Stormshield, they were the Vice President WorldWide Customer Care at InfoVista from July 2015 to May 2016. Alain also held various positions at Ipanema Technologies, including Vice President Technical Operations from January 2012 to June 2015, Customer Care Director from January 2007 to December 2011, Support Manager from January 2002 to December 2006, and Software Integration Manager from January 2000 to December 2001. Before that, they worked at CS Telecom as the Maintenance and Evolution Manager from May 1999 to December 1999, and at THOMSON CSF Communications as the Software Integration Manager from June 1998 to April 1999. Alain started their career as a Software Engineer at AUSY, where they worked as a subcontractor for various customers from September 1990 to May 1998. Alain also briefly served as the IT Manager at ETS Galoup from July 1989 to August 1990. At the beginning of their career, Alain worked as a Software Engineer at Capgemini from November 1984 to June 1989.
