Lauren Doubrava

Lauren DouBrava is a seasoned professional in sales and marketing, currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales and Marketing at Stormy Kromer since May 2023. Previously, Lauren held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager for North America at Blue Ice from January 2018 to February 2023, overseeing a team of one employee and six independent sales representatives while managing over 90 accounts and implementing key business systems. Lauren's extensive experience includes roles at Black Diamond Equipment as Retail Marketing Coordinator, where responsibilities included visual merchandising, tradeshow management, and dealer relationship building, along with various sales and marketing positions in the outdoor gear industry. Academically, Lauren holds a Master of Science in Human Movement Science with a focus on Outdoor Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, both from The University of Memphis.
