Charles Shivnarain

Charles Shivnarain is an experienced IT Systems Administrator currently working at Storopack Deutschland since February 2018, providing global support for server and network infrastructure, fax solutions, mobile device management, software deployment, and IT projects. Prior to this role, Charles served as a Systems Engineer at General Dynamics Information Technology and held various positions at Northrop Grumman, managing Windows servers and Exchange systems for numerous users. Charles began a career in technology with the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included managing enterprise applications and network security for extensive user bases across multiple countries. Charles holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore and an Associate's Degree from the Community College of the Air Force.
