Teodora Boyadzhieva

Teodora Boyadzhieva has held various roles in the Human Resources and Recruitment sector since 2006. Teodora began their career as an Office Assistant at Evelin Consulting in 2006. Teodora then moved to Credibul in 2007, where they held the roles of Debt Collection Supervisor, Senior Debt Collection Officer and Internal Trainer, and Debt Collection Officer. In 2013, Teodora moved to Micro Credit AD as a Debt Collection Manager. In 2015, they joined Frontex International as Head of Operations Department, where they were responsible for leading the Debt Purchase Department, designing and implementing new collection strategies, and consulting the COO on developing and implementing internal rules and procedures. From 2019 to 2021, Teodora worked at Talent Group as Senior Recruitment Specialist and Recruitment Specialist for IT, Engineering, Marketing and Management roles. In 2021, they joined Amadeus as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and StorPool Storage as HR and Recruitment Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager.

Teodora Boyadzhieva holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Management from the New Bulgarian University, which they obtained between 2011 and 2013. Teodora also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the New Bulgarian University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2010.
