Cecilia Shadman

Cecilia Shadman is an experienced investment manager at Storskogen and serves as a board member at Schalins Ringar AB, both roles beginning in November 2024. Previously, Cecilia held the position of Strategy & Business Developer at By Malene Birger A/S from February 2022 to November 2024, contributing significantly to management by supporting decision-making processes and operational execution. Prior to that, Cecilia was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company from October 2019 to February 2022 and completed a master thesis on digital marketing strategy at Casall in early 2019. Cecilia has also gained consulting experience with Gozinto Studentkonsulter and held various roles as a brand ambassador and sales advisor earlier in the career, complemented by internships at notable firms such as Arthur D. Little and Scania Group.
