Aleksandra Lipowska

Aleksandra Lipowska-Rochalska is an experienced Human Resources Director at Storware, responsible for managing the HR team, coordinating recruitment processes, and overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding. With a strong background in improving human resource processes, Aleksandra has previously held roles as HR Team Leader and Improvement Manager, focusing on talent acquisition, staff training, and connecting well-being initiatives to organizational development. In addition to HR expertise, Aleksandra has a diverse background in marketing and project management, including positions at Don't Break!, SocialCube Sp. z o.o., and Yellow Crocodiles. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Silesia and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety at the Silesian University of Technology.
