Helen Gates

Helen Gates is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as an HR Partner at Story Homes since October 2017, Helen has previously held the position of Human Resources Advisor at Cestria Community Housing Association since February 2008. In these roles, Helen delivers expert HR support, coaches and advises managers on complex employee relations issues, and leads key HR projects and change management initiatives.
