Kate Ludwig currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Story House Early Learning, leading strategic people and culture initiatives for approximately 1700 employees across 50 childcare centres in Australia. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions at Affinity Education Group from 2014 to 2021, including Employee Relations Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Advisor - Employee Relations, and HR Administrator, managing employee relations and HR systems for over 3000 team members. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Job Placement Coordinator at Max Employment and a Recruitment Consultant at Blue & White Recruit. Kate's educational background encompasses a Master of Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Psychological Science, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
