Marika's responsibilities encompassed P/L management across multiple markets, leading a team of 70 associates in Malmoe, and driving significant revenue in the Kids business, amounting to 350 Msek. Prior experience includes a role as OTC Business Area Manager at AstraZeneca, where Marika was instrumental in launching major brands in the Swedish market, and a decade at Mars in various sales and marketing positions.
