Suzanne Holden

Suzanne Holden has extensive experience in community management and operations, currently serving as the Community and Moderation Manager at Storybird Inc. since June 2012. In this role, Suzanne recruits and manages a team of online moderators, enhances community engagement through challenges and curated content, and serves as a liaison between community members and the technology team. Prior to this, Suzanne held the position of Director of Operations at Choice Retail from 2002 to 2011, leading a nationwide merchandising company and overseeing recruitment and management of staff. Additionally, Suzanne has experience as a Moderator at LiveWorld, where responsibilities included real-time moderation of teen chat rooms to ensure user safety and a positive community environment.
