Cole Johnston

Cole Johnston is an experienced professional in program management and facilitation, currently serving as the Manager of Student Programs at StoryCorps and as a National Facilitator since March 2022. Prior to this role, Cole was a Program Assistant at Cornell University, where responsibilities included managing a range of administrative functions for a large volunteer network and developing a new budget model. Significant experience also includes facilitating critical dialogues at the Intergroup Dialogue Project and leading sustainable design projects. With a Bachelor of Science in International Agriculture and Rural Development from Cornell University, Cole has demonstrated a commitment to social equity, community engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration throughout various roles.
