Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at StoryLearning.com since May 2017, James also holds the title of Founder at Chaltén Consulting Ltd., where assistance is provided to online course creators in transitioning to organized business systems. Previous ventures include founding Lingua Materna and teaching English at italki, where personalized instruction was delivered to adult learners globally. James's career further encompasses positions in account management and teaching, complemented by a diverse educational background that includes a postgraduate diploma in Digital Marketing from Fitzwilliam Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Music from Trinity College Dublin.
