StoryMe
Frederik Mertens started their work experience in 2006 at Epyc for e-learning, where they held the role of Webdeveloper, IT verantwoordelijke, and Animator. Frederik worked at Epyc for e-learning until May 2015. In 2015, they joined StoryMe as an Animator, and their employment there is currently ongoing.
Frederik Mertens' education history begins with their enrollment at Sint-Paulus, where they pursued ASO-Menswetenschappen. Following this, they attended Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen - Vlaamse Autonome Hogeschool, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia- en communicatietechnologie in 2005.
In recent years, Frederik has pursued various courses to enhance their skills. From 2021 to 2022, they enrolled at LUCA School of Arts for Traject 3D studies. In 2022, they further expanded their knowledge by taking courses at Noble Work Foundation, specializing in Unreal Engine 5: One Course Solution For Material. Additionally, they also engaged in a course on Cinematic Lighting in Blender offered by Gumroad during the same year.
