StorySideUp is founded by Dora Harsh Suri, an ICF ACC Coach, Hogan-Certified Assessor and experienced HR Leader with extensive exposure across Telecom, Manufacturing, E-Commerce, IT/ITES, Retail & FMCG sectors. Dora has led HR functions, built people systems from the ground up and coached professionals across career stages. She also serves as an HR Advisor to TalkReady.ai, an AI-enabled hiring technology platform, bringing a future-ready, tech-informed perspective to talent acquisition and capability building. Her consulting practice blends strategic design with practical execution, enabling organizations to scale sustainably.
