Leah Cabrera Pagtama

Leah Cabrera Pagtama has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Leah Cabrera began their career as a Customer Service Representative for PHILIPPINE PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, INC. (Philippine Prudential) in 2010. In 2014, they started working as an Email Support Specialist for Conduent, and also began working as a Debt Management Processor | CSR | Collection Support for Engage Outsourcing Worldwide Inc. In 2017, they became a Customer Service Specialist Level 2 for IBEX | Global. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Experience Specialist for Freelancer.com, and also as a Content Executive for StoryStream. As a Content Executive, they are responsible for virtual assistant as a content curation executive.

Leah Cabrera Pagtama obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Rizal Technological University between 2006 and 2010. In 2013, they completed a course in Korean Language and Literature at Reformed Theological Seminary. Leah Cabrera has also obtained various certifications, including Cybersecurity at Work from LinkedIn Online Training Courses in April 2022, Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing in April 2014, Data Protection in April 2014, Marketing Conduct Guidlines and Anti-money Laundering Act from Philippine Prudential in June 2013, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption in April 2013.
