Kim de Graaff

Kim de Graaff has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2007, they started their career as a Pedagogisch medewerker at Amerpoort, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Sales Manager at Wean Team. Following this, they worked as a Business Analyst at Keerpunt from 2013 to 2015 and then at A.S. Watson (Health & Beauty) Benelux from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined PARK NOW Group, initially as a Business Analyst and later took on roles such as Head of Customer Service Benelux, Chair Works Council, and Head Of Business Operations Benelux until 2021. In 2022, they worked as an Interim Chief of Staff at Siilo and then joined INTER(K)IM as an Interim Manager. Currently, they are working at Storyteq, starting as the Head of Growth and later transitioning to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2023.

Kim de Graaff earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Partime Master Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, completing the program from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, Kim obtained a HBO degree in SPH from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) between 2007 and 2011. Kim's education journey began at Farel college from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a HAVO degree in E&M + kunstgeschiedenis.
