Yana Guglia has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, they are working as a Jr. Video Automation Developer at Storyteq, a Creative Automation Platform, since May 2022. Prior to this, they were a Video Intern at the same company from December 2021 to May 2022.

Yana Guglia obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at the Russian University of Humanities, where they earned a Specialist degree in Organizational Management over the course of five years from 2002 to 2007.
In addition to their formal education, Yana Guglia has also obtained several certifications. In August 2021, they completed the course "Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate" from Coursera. Yana also obtained the "Fundamentals of digital marketing" certification from Google Digital Garage in April 2021. Furthermore, in November 2020, they completed the "Excel Skills for Business: Intermediate II" course and the "Fundamentals of Visualization with Tableau" course, both of which were offered through Coursera.
