Heather Solis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heather'smost recent position is as the Girls High Swim Co-Head Coach at the Stoughton Area School District, which they started in August 2021. Heather also owns and operates Performance Bodywork, where they serve as a Licensed Massage Therapist since September 2021.

Before that, Heather worked as a Contractor - Licensed Massage Therapist for WTA starting in July 2019. Heather also held a similar role at Florida Atlantic University from November 2018 to September 2022. Heather has also worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist at MADISON ACUPUNCTURE & BODYWORK, LLC from July 2020 to August 2021.

In previous years, Heather owned and operated Elite Massage LLC as a Licensed Massage Therapist/Owner from 2017 to 2020. Heather also worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist at The Teal Center from 2017 to February 2019. Heather has experience as a Massage Therapist & Aquatics Manager at Five Seasons Family Sports Club from October 2015 to September 2016.

Additionally, Heather has worked as an Independent Thirty-One Consultant for Thirty-One Gifts from June 2011 to June 2014. Heather also has earlier experience as a Swim Lesson Instructor, Lifeguard, and Aquatic's Supervisor Assistant at Madison School & Community Recreation from May 2002 to April 2009. In this role, they performed lifeguard duties and instructed swim lessons, as well as assisting with scheduling, program manuals, and interviewing.

Heather Solis has a diverse education history that spans multiple fields. Heather began their education in 2004 at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Recreation Management. Heather continued their studies at the same institution and earned a second Bachelor of Science degree in the same field of study, completing their education in 2008.

In 2012, Heather enrolled in the SHI Integrative Medical Massage School, where they pursued a degree in Medical Massage. Heather completed their program in 2014 and became a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist.

Heather has also obtained several additional certifications. In December 2001, they obtained the American Red Cross Lifeguard/AED/CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification. Later, in June 2021, they obtained the American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification. Most recently, in March 2023, they became an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor.

Heather Solis' education and certifications demonstrate their commitment to both the field of Recreation Management and the practice of Medical Massage, as well as their dedication to ensuring water safety as a lifeguard and instructor.
