Leo Ga Bartle

Leo Bartle is an experienced executive with a strong background in technology and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Devyce, a B2B SaaS company focused on developing a mobile-first communications platform, Leo aims to enhance communication experiences while phasing out traditional work mobiles and telephony systems. In addition, Leo holds the position of Executive Chairman and CEO at Stour Marine, a fully licensed UK Mobile Network Operator based in London, since August 2012. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs from February 2007 to January 2009.
