Stourhead Holdings is built on a simple conviction: the most valuable thing you can install in a private company is the machinery that converts demand into revenue, because that machinery is what buyers of businesses pay for.
We operate across revenue advisory, private equity and debt financing, and the three are one strategy. The advisory work connects private B2B companies to the buyers their growth depends on. We map the client's buyer universe by name, open curated conversations with buyers already in motion, and build the conversion systems behind them inside the client's business. The client owns those systems when the engagement ends.
We build this way because we build as owners. A company with predictable, well-converted revenue earns more and is worth more, and we hold a direct interest in that outcome. Our capital work, in equity and in credit, concentrates on the businesses where the revenue infrastructure we install compounds into enterprise value.
