Clayton Yantis

Clayton Yantis, MAI, CMI, currently serves as Director at Stout, a global investment bank and advisory firm, since November 2020. Previously, Yantis held positions as Property Tax Manager at Industrial Tax Consulting from May 2018 to November 2020, and as Vice President at Stout from September 2015 to May 2018. Yantis began career as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser at Allen, Williford & Seale from December 2010 to September 2015, providing right of way valuation services. Initial experience includes a role as Staff Appraiser at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, focusing on agricultural and timberland values, and as a Financial Services Intern at the Texas Department of Agriculture. Yantis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University.
