Jake Marinelli

Jake Marinelli is an accomplished finance professional with a comprehensive background in valuation advisory, energy and utilities analysis, and real estate. Currently serving as an Associate in Valuation Advisory at Stout since July 2021, Jake has previously held roles such as Associate Analyst for the energy and utilities sector at The William C. Dunkelberg Owl Fund and Agent Analyst at Marcus & Millichap. Jake's experience also includes leading analyses in the industrials and technology sectors at the Temple University Fox Fund. Earlier roles have encompassed supervisory and technician positions in various industries, including lawn care and technology. A graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Jake's educational foundation includes high school studies at Neshaminy High School.
