Kurt Uhler

Kurt Uhler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate advisory and blockchain project support. Currently serving as Managing Director at Stout since October 2022 and Managing Partner at Coeur Digital since November 2020, Kurt specializes in multi-stage support for blockchain initiatives. Previously, Kurt worked at Duff & Phelps from July 2007 to November 2021, progressing from Analyst to Managing Director in the Real Estate Advisory Group in Los Angeles. In this role, Kurt provided strategic advice to a diverse range of clients including REITs, private real estate entities, and institutional investors, with a focus on healthcare properties in the Southwest region. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business, earned between 2003 and 2007.
