Maris Winters

Maris Winters, CPA, CFE, is a financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and reporting advisory, currently serving as Vice President at Stout since May 2023, where responsibilities include disputes, claims, and investigations. Prior to Stout, Maris held senior management and managerial positions in accounting and financial reporting at EverCommerce from October 2020 to May 2023 and served as a senior accountant at Liberty Global from November 2017 to October 2020. Maris began a career in assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Experienced Assurance Associate from August 2015 to October 2017, and gained initial experience as an intern at Accounting Solutions in 2013. Maris earned a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's Degree in Peace, War, and Defense from the same institution, building on earlier education at Indiana University Bloomington in Human Biology.
