Mark Fournier

Mark Fournier is a Managing Director at Stout, a position held since June 1997, where responsibilities include overseeing the execution of fairness and solvency opinions related to corporate acquisitions, divestitures, going-private transactions, leveraged buy-outs, leverages recapitalizations, and related party transfers. Prior to this role, Mark Fournier gained experience as a Summer Intern in the International Credit department at Motorola in 1996.
