Paul Barrese

Paul Barrese is an experienced professional in compliance and financial services, currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer at Stout since September 2021. Prior to this role, Barrese held the position of Director of Compliance at Piper Sandler from January 2020 to September 2021 and was a Managing Director at Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P. from October 2014 to January 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Principal Examiner at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority between December 2010 and October 2014 and as Associate Specialist in the Client Service Group at Morgan Stanley from April 2006 to December 2010. Barrese also owned and presided over Main Street Wine Cellars from June 2002 to January 2006. Barrese earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from Philadelphia University and pursued further education at Fordham University from 2008 to 2010.
