Ryan Robertson

Ryan Robertson is a seasoned consultant with extensive expertise in transaction advisory, post-merger integration, and operational performance improvement. Currently serving as Director of Transaction Advisory | Integration & Separation at Stout since August 2023, Ryan advises corporate and private equity clients on complex deal executions, including notable projects in the healthcare sector. Prior to Stout, Ryan held multiple directorial roles at KPMG US and Deloitte Consulting, focusing on transaction execution and mergers & acquisitions. Ryan's earlier career includes significant contributions at Akamai Technologies, PwC, Synteractive Corporation, Accenture Strategy & Consulting, and a foundational role as Principal/Founder of 4-Sight Consulting. Ryan has also played an academic role as a research associate at Harvard Business School, contributing to studies on leadership and ethical decision-making. Ryan holds a Specialized Master's Degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.
