Seth Morganstern

Seth Morganstern is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and private investments. Currently serving as Managing Director at Stout since January 2021, Seth provides M&A sell-side advisory services to family and entrepreneurially owned private businesses, focusing on the Mid-Atlantic and Southwest markets. Previously, Seth held the position of Managing Director at Wells Fargo Advisors and Director at Equiteq, where responsibilities included securing M&A mandates and overseeing buy-side and sell-side engagements, particularly in IT-enabled services and various consulting sectors. At Bergen Asset Management, LLC, Seth managed a venture capital investment strategy focused on emerging technologies. Earlier roles included Director at Wells Fargo Securities, where Seth managed a team and was responsible for P&L in basic industries. Seth holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan.
