Karol Madej

Karol Madej is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and real estate investment. Currently serving as Business Development Director in the Affinity Department at Aon since August 2019, Karol specializes in creating comprehensive affinity insurance programs. In addition to this role, Karol is a member and trainer at Stowarzyszenie Mieszkanicznik, contributing as an international speaker and providing training for real estate investors. As the Founder and CEO of Flow Apart Sp. z o.o., since January 2020, Karol focuses on real estate investments in Poland and Spain while also conducting training on flipping and investing in properties. Further involvement includes managing a renovation team through Flow Karol Madej and a series of roles in credit insurance and corporate debt collection across various prestigious companies. Karol holds a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in HR from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach and postgraduate studies in Trade and Sales Management from Krakow University of Economics.
