Abby Bailey is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Lead System Engineer at STR since June 2022. Prior to this role, Abby held the position of System Engineering Manager at L3Harris Technologies from November 2020 to July 2022, and spent over a decade at L3 Technologies as a Systems Engineer. Earlier experience includes a Systems Engineer role at SAIC from June 2007 to June 2010. Abby holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cedarville University.
