Brianna Frankfort

Brianna Frankfort is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in human resources and customer service. Currently serving as a Human Resources Intern at STR since June 2023, Brianna provides administrative support to the HR team, organizes company events, participates in onboarding, and aids in employee engagement initiatives. Previously, Brianna held the position of Shift Supervisor at COURTSIDE CAFE, excelling in customer service and team leadership. Other roles include Recruiting Associate at Talent Retriever, where Brianna focused on candidate outreach and meeting recruitment goals, a Hostess at Seoul Kitchen responsible for customer satisfaction and reservations, and a Counselor at the Westford Recreation Department promoting child safety and social interaction. Brianna is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, expected to graduate in May 2024.
