Joseph Durek

Joseph Durek is currently the Group Lead for Advanced Systems Development and Chief Scientist at STR. Prior to this, they held positions at US Army CERDEC Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD), Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Leidos, SRI International, and the University of California, Berkeley. Joseph received their Doctor of Philosophy in Geophysics and Seismology from Harvard University and their Bachelor of Arts in Geophysics and Seismology from the University of California, Berkeley.
