Maritza Foland

Maritza Foland is an experienced contract manager currently serving at STR since December 2022, previously holding the position of Principal Contract Administrator. Prior to STR, Maritza Foland worked for the US Federal Government from January 2007 to December 2022 as a Contract Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Virginia Tech, an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Northern Virginia Community College, and a Master of Divinity with a focus on Bible/Biblical Studies and Spiritual Formation at Regent University, expected to be completed in March 2026.
