Stephen Kogon

Stephen Kogon is a seasoned professional in advanced sensing systems and prototyping, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Systems & Technology Research since December 2013. With a robust background in algorithm development and complex physical models, Stephen has expertise in airborne radar, electronic warfare, sonar, and geo-location. Prior to this role, Stephen held various positions at MIT Lincoln Laboratory from February 1997 to December 2013, advancing from Group Leader for Airborne Radar Systems to a researcher focusing on signal processing for radar and sonar applications. Stephen began his career at Raytheon Equipment Division as a Digital Designer, specializing in digital processor design for ballistic missile defense radar systems. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
