Tom Hoover

Tom Hoover is a seasoned aerospace and defense professional with extensive experience in program management and leadership roles within the US Navy, serving from May 1995 to May 2023. Key positions include Program Manager and Commanding Officer, Advanced Development Lead for the AST Program Office, and Deputy Program Manager for the MQ-4C Triton Program Office, among others.
