Marco Vinagre

Marco Vinagre has a diverse background in customer support and data operations, currently serving as a Data Operation Executive Level II at STR since July 2022. Previously, Marco worked at Zettle by PayPal as a Customer Success Advisor from November 2020 to July 2022 and at CareerBuilder as a Client Success Executive from November 2019 to August 2020. Responsibilities included supporting clients through CRM systems via phone and email, troubleshooting software issues, and collaborating with support and development teams to ensure timely and effective customer service. Marco holds a Bachelor of Science Hons & DPP degree in Advertising from Ulster University and a BTech in Creative Media Production from Southern Regional College.
