Arlind Gjoka

Arlind Gjoka is an experienced Project Cost Controller with a strong background in civil engineering, holding a Master's degree in Structural Design from the Polytechnic University of Tirana. Since November 2014, Arlind has worked at STRABAG, focusing on cost monitoring, budget development, financial reporting, and resource evaluation, while successfully collaborating with project managers to meet budgetary goals. Prior roles include Site Engineer at Xhajs Tirana Shpk and the Urbanistic Office of Vlora Municipality, where responsibilities involved overseeing construction processes and ensuring compliance with regulations. Arlind also gained laboratory experience at the University of Patras, contributing to analytical and experimental research in structural materials.
