Bianca Wortmann

Bianca Wortmann serves as the Team Lead for Employer Branding and People & Culture Marketing at STRABAG since May 2023. Prior to this role, Bianca worked at GLOBEONE from May 2019 to May 2023, advancing from Junior Consultant to Senior Consultant and then Employer Brand Managerin. Bianca's experience includes positions as a Consulting Intern and Working Student at GLOBEONE, a Student Assistant at the University of Cologne's Department of Marketing and Brand Management, and various internships in marketing and finance at Fiege Logistik and the Deanery of the Medical Faculty at the University of Münster. Bianca holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Cologne and a Bachelor of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Münster. Additionally, studies were conducted at KU Leuven between 2017 and 2018.
